Month-to-Month Term. Unless otherwise specified herein, Service is offered on a monthly basis for a term that begins on the date your Service order is completed, ends on the last day of the billing cycle during which you placed the order for Service, and automatically renews monthly.
Month-to-Month Term. All services ordered on or after Feb. 1, 2012, are subject to a term commitment of 24 months. Your term commitment begins on the date your Service order is completed and ends on the last day of the billing cycle 24 months after the date the Service order is completed. All Services ordered prior to Feb. 1, 2012 are not subject to the 24-month term commitment and are offered on a month-to-month basis.
Month-to-Month Term. The term of the Agreement commences on the date the Service is activated and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by You or Us in accordance with this Agreement.
Month-to-Month Term. The term of this Lease shall be month-to- month, commencing (hereinafter referred to as the “Commencement Date"), unless sooner terminated as provided for in this Lease.
Month-to-Month Term. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term and Extended Term, as applicable, the Agreement shall be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis until either party terminates it upon ninety (90) days prior written notice.
Month-to-Month Term. Upon the expiration of the Optional Term(s), the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis until either party terminates it upon 60 days prior written notice. Minimum Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $550,000 in Total Service Charges during each contract year of the Term. Commencing on the 9th Amendment Effective Date, Customer’s AVC requirement (set forth above) is replaced with a TVC requirement (set forth below): TVC Commitment: Commencing on the 9th Amendment Effective Date and in lieu of the AVC commitment, Customer agrees to pay Company $4,000,000 in Total Service Charges during the Initial Term (“TVC”)
Month-to-Month Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if, upon Customer’s notice of termination or nonrenewal of the then-current term, this Agreement continues on a month-to-month term or if Customer specifically requests a month-to-month term, then the monthly recurring fees for all such month-to-month Services shall automatically increase by 20% over the fees immediately prior to such month-to-month term and the payment terms shall be 15 days in advance of each month.
Month-to-Month Term. This License shall create a license commencing on the date set forth above and shall continue from the first day of the month immediately following on a month to month basis until terminated by either party by timely, prior written notice or until default by Licensee. Any notice to terminate this License by either party shall require not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice, unless the notice to terminate is given due to a default by Licensee. Xxxxxxxx's contractual right to occupy his/her assigned Slip is not automatically renewable, but can only be renewed if Licensee abides by each and all of his/her contractual duties detailed in this License, including the duty to make timely monthly payment of fees, including, but not limited to, the Slip Fee.
Month-to-Month Term. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, the Renewal Term, Second Renewal Term and Ramp Down Period, as applicable, the Agreement shall be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis (“Month-to-Month Term”) until either party terminates it upon sixty (60) days prior written notice. Term Volume Commitment (“TVC”): Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $4,810,000.00 (the “TVC”) in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during Initial Term. Renewal Term TVC: During the Renewal Term, Customer agrees to pay Company no less than one-third (1/3) of the TVC (the “Renewal Term TVC)” in Total Service Charges.
Month-to-Month Term. Upon the expiration of the term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis until the City enters into a new Operating Agreement for the garage premises. The month-to-month term may be terminated by either party upon written notice of termination at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the last day of the month.
